i found a small bug if u use book off bindings and cancel the cast the next time u try to use it it dosent work :s
And also i logged in to my squig where i havent set any rally point and the book took me to the chaos place same as /stuck takes u but when i create a new greenskin it takes me to the greenskin starter area :s just something small i dont know if its realy need to be fixed exept the first thing tho. u have to relog to be able to use the book again.

First of all you triggered the cooldown, which for the time being, is reset upon relogging.

As of 1.3.2

All new characters that join the Realm of Destruction will now begin the game in the Chaos starting area, no matter their race.
All new characters that join the Realm of Order will now begin the game in the Empire starting area, no matter their race.

I've made all Greenskins/Dwarfs default rally points their races starting point. So as soon as you create the character you can choose to quest in there proper start location. I'm sure someone told me this is what happened on the live server. You can always change the rally point by talking to a rally master.

ok thx but how long is the cooldown? it dosent say on the book tho it dosent realy mater cus like u said if u just relog it resets.

Using it will cast a spell called "Book of Binding"(id 246, one more than Template:Abi) that has no costs, a 10 seconds casting time and a 60 minutes cooldown(that's one hour, yes).
