[Support] I cannot log in with my character

was loading out of a battle of praag sc back to TM and game crashed and now i cant log in again. click the play button does nuffin, then im loosing server connection.
afaik its the only char i cant login.

already tried the /stuck spam after click play, but nuffin happenz.

When I start the launcher it hangs on the character select then goes back to locating battles... searching for allies... and hangs.

When you try to enter the character, the game client is disconnected from the server. Sometimes it's possible to go behind the character when loading "zone 8192" - client crash - normal loading

- Unable to log in since just after server restart following RvR bug on 29/06/23 14:00 server time.
Additional info; most attempts result in "server has closed the connection" however some will remain on the loading screen for a few minutes before failing. /unstuck has been attempted but did not work.

When I start the launcher it hangs on the character select and when I press the play button nothing happens on Revogun, the other characters work fine. Before that I was about to fly to Black Crag from Altdorf flight master

My character is stuck all day after selecting it I get a black screen, my friends can see that it is on .I can not log in . Please help me

- Have you participated in Garden of Morr scenario? Earlier on in the day but on a different toon
-- After playing Garden of Morr, were you able to log out and log in again later/on another day and play normally? Yes

The play button on Parahmedic does not activate and after 10 seconds of clicking the play button, it goes to a black screen with the "searching for allies ..." message box. I can still log into other toons with no issue. I have cleared my cache which had no effect.
