[Support] I cannot log in with my character

starting from today, 21.8. i cannot loggin my 1 char called Biby, a 40/40+ or 50+ something sorc from unreal guild. when hittin the play button on this char i get kicked to server searchin page where no ferver is found. when i loggin other char (no problems there) i can see Biby online and whisper to her btw. think i was last in IC or Praag with Biby but idk.

Teleported to chaos wastes and while walking into the lakes I get an immediate crash followed by being unable to login to the character without crashing on loading in.

Server was reset half an hour or so ago. There have been 10 players online for the last 10 minutes. Also having issues, so I do not think it is anything you did.

Will wait patiently until the issues are resolved.

I can't log in with my characters my characters are: Lionessence,guild Renegados and Malacatone,Guild Tercios de estalia.
The problem is that the screen does not load and with the rest of the pj it happens to me since yesterday when I threw the game at us attacking a keep.thxx
