I've had this idea for a bit, and figure I'd make a feedback post to see others peoples Insight. Ever since the GCD patch a good amount of people (Myself included) have agreed that parts of the combat have felt clunky, Sometimes the right ability doesn't fire off, or you cast the same ability twice on mistake, Sometimes your Potion doesn't go off, Sometimes your morale doesn't go off. I can get used to this. However, I feel it would be more beneficial if Potions were brought back off the global cooldown (I personally didn't agree when they were removed off the GCD some months ago, and even currently they feel more clunky and wasted to use). It takes 20-30 seconds or so (going of the top of my head) to get to morale 1, and longer for morale 2 and such, It would feel more beneficial if these were off global cooldown, since you only have 4 morale abilities, Typically depending on the fight you'll only fire off a morale between 2 times if its a small scale fight, or maybe 4+ times if its a large scale fight, which is a very small amount compared to your core abilities. Potions have a 3 minute cooldown, and Morales have a 60 second cooldown, it honestly makes some combat situations feel clunky. Personally if it were up to me, i'd like it things for an example on a tank like taunt, challenge, punt, juggernaut, AOE root were off GCD, but that can be discussed later. I mainly just want too see if people would agree or not with Pots and morales being off GCD.

Totally agree with your proposal, I'm not very happy with the current pace of combat (it's not bad, but somewhat clunky), but removing potions and morale abilities off GCD may help to make combat a little bit more dynamic and enjoyable.

this was problem even before GCD change. it's like you need to hit key 10 times to make sure it's gonna do what you want to do. also some morales like SW's "ambush" have yuuuuge delay after cast, like 2-3 seconds, so in fight it can happen that you use ambush on full-hp target, and in 2-3 seconds that target dies, your morale CD gets wasted, and you did nothing :D

on topic, i like the idea proposed.

I honestly never really had this problem as much before the update, but it's become more noticeable since. Thank you for your input!
