Cooldown for switching realms since last log in.

I know there is a lockout after switching realms, however, is it infinite since last log in? Last night I played destro, but this morning I wanted to play a bit of order and did so. After some rounds of SC's I wanted to hop on destro again and boom I was locked out. Is it really necessary to keep the lockout when you last logged in multiple hours ago?

It's about an hour I think, maybe 2. The system is there to stop people switching from one faction to another when one side has the upper hand to prevent easy keep pushes. But that happens anyway so god knows how good the system actually is..

Lock out is 90 min... if it was longer for you then it bugged out.. it has never happened to me before.
