Although Deathblow2 has more information than this addon, I am still curious about how to open the "window"? to view this addon's more simpler compilation of information about total kills and deaths of the player w/enemies names included. I was glossing over the .lua files and I can't find the command to activate this addon?.

What is the command to open this addon in-game?

Looks like you need to install LibSlash as well and then /bb opens up this add-on.
