AFAIK it only works on the 2 casted direct heals, the ST and group. I did use that run tactic a fair amount when I played chalice.

I didnt saw it proc once, are you maybe confusing AA haste tactic with KB because they have same icon?

That's most likely what you're seeing. I am running Divine fury, murderous intent, Curse of khaine, and khain's blessing tactics during that video. It's pretty much my default load out, swapping only situationally with group comp.

@Cadeg that keep fight at the end of t2 elf with the oil was prolly the highlight of the morning for us. We were laughing a good long while over that xD props on that oil dump haha
