Order of the Griffon Black dye removed from vendor's dye selection?

Vendor's dye selections are missing the "Order of the Griffon Black" dye and in its stead there is "Charcoal Black" dye. It has been a while since I dyed my armors, but I remember that it wasn't like this before. Was this change intentional or a bug to be reported?

That's a shame, it was a good black dye, where can one obtain it now?

it's no longer available

honestly I don't know why they don't make the basic colours available (saving the pearlescent or metallic special dyes for events) - there is a huge palette and despite 15yrs of the game, we are unlikely to ever see 30% of them (Bleached Bone being the one I've been waiting for forvever)

"Greenskin Black" is pretty decent
