Sartosa coin is not appearing in my bag

Hello, I have 2 toons that finished the pirate event and got their sartosian coin from NPC, but now I don't have it in the inventory of both of em. Is it possible to have it back? Another object that was lost is the seagull vanity pet, while the monkey and teh crab are still there. Not really important, but i would have loved to wear my pirate hat since I was a child. Please don't ruin the dream of a child
