Call me ignorant but does the following change make PBAOE radi larger or smaller effectively?

" Range calculation of point blank AoE abilities have changed to include the caster players radius."

And ranged targeted AOEs are effectively unchanged from before?

"For ground target AoE it is from the centre point of the ground target however, as ground targets don't have a base radius themselves."

It makes them slightly bigger, yes

And ranged targeted AOEs are effectively unchanged from before?

Ground targeted ones are unchanged. Player targeted ones will also be slightly bigger than before.

This is not working right now on the live server and also not reflected in the tooltip of the ability. It is still the old M4 right now.

Magus and engies stagger should be 5 sec also and ther stagger cleanse skill made instant.
It was strange staggers to be 3 sec while you got maras aoe kd and many others kds on +3 sec, why use stagger at all

So, tanks have no root breaker now? Juggernaut only gives immunity, or does it also still break active roots?
