Nightgaze Greathammer

heya, I saw Hogun had this amazing piece of hammer equipped. Where do i get one?

I found the quest npc, but she did not have any quests. so is this removed or is it a chain quest which begins from elsewhere?
how do I find out where it starts?

I actually found the guy already. Quests begins in middledeeps of dwarf city. 18999,29937 at the crypts. There is dude called >Master Guardian Vulrek Nightgaze.

FYI the Alcazoran bugged and cannot be summopned if you cant kill him on time atleast. We wiped without healer and mob despawned midfight once we went back with healer. Might be good idea not to start this quest before its clear that it can be completed
