Zealot - Waves of Chaos - from 150 to (150 + 0.75 x DB) damage
Black Orc - Loudmouth - from 225 to (172 + 0.5 x DB) damage
Disciple of Khaine - Khaine’s Imbuement - from 3 x 151 to 3 x (151 + 0.5 x DB) damage
Witch Elf - Witchbrew - from 450 to (224 + 1.5 x DB) damage
Since people might not know what is Damage bonus, It's your STR + melee power (for mages int+int power, for rdps balistic+ranged power) divided by 5, Assuming you have softcapped primary stat (210 DB) and secondary stat at 0 the abilities max damage is now:
(funfact: melee/magic/ranged power is a fancy STR/INT/BAL that cant get debuffed and it does NOT count towards your STR softcap)

MDPS - Jagged Edge - 3 procs of 254 dmg (for total of 762 damage)
Bright Wizard - 5 of 169.5 dmg (for total of 847.5 damage)
Knight of the Blazing Sun - Biting Blade - 5 procs of 154.5 damage (for total of 772.5 damage )
Warrior Priest - Guilty Soul - 4 procs of 385 damage (for total of 1540 damage)
Engineer - Tangling Wire - 6 procs of 96.5 damage (for total of 579 damage)
Engineer - Hollow Points - 5 procs of 195 damage (for total of 975 damage)
Sword Master - Potent Enchantments - 4 procs of 161.5 damage (for total of 646 damage)
Magus - Infernal Pain - 3 procs of 256.5 damage (for total of 769.5 damage)

If WP can get their tactic proc of any ability then why the hell sdok is still bound to the path of torture, cmon just mirror it.

Funny, I thought about how engi/magus aoe dots should have a bigger radius (like the 25% of the radius tactic from engi already included) as it doesnt feel that impactful on big scale fights.
Guess someone felt differently. :D
Decreasing lightning rod, ap tick and keg range seems pretty whack. Those hardly hit anyone not hugging you the moment you place them/the turret anyway.
And do the changes mean witchbrew now can be weakened by toughness but crit as well?

Similarly, I believe Mara interrupt would be far better off having a wider cone but shorter range. Especially as Order has 3 AoE interrupts (SM, Engi, WL), and Destro has 2 (Magus, Mara). Potentially add a 3rd one for destro if the mara one isn't adjusted?
Ice Spikes and Infernal Wave already have 180 degrees cone angle.

Yes.
So def Witchbrew WE just got nerfed into ground. + Need to see other changes.

Regarding Feeding in Pain: typically tactics that provide a buff based on your health going down get ignored completely as they have "anti-synergy" with healers. Healers, absorb shields, etc, will all be doing their job and keeping your health high, preventing that tactic from doing anything.

Another example is the crit damage tactic that did more damage based on how low your health was. Got ignored completely on live and on RoR the Mara one ended up being changed to just a static bonus to get people to use it.

Oh crap, didn't realise it actually happened on live. The years blur into one...

Either way, it was mostly ignored due to the requirement of a relatively tanky class needing to be low health in order to gain any benefit from it.
