This is what I'm using currently. State of Realm doesn't work just yet.

I am a little overwhelmed with your list. Download all those in one packet? or hunt and pick and get each separately? No conflicts either? the State of Realm would be nice but really not a deal breaker as I'm looking for function and streamlining the aesthetics over the default I currently use.

No conflicts there, WAR addons don't really have that issue too much. If anything you just need to get rid of the default UI elements, and the commands aren't always obvious. Do a couple at a time, set them up and position them where you want, then enable some more. RV Mod Manager is good for this in-game.

Simple and self constructed. Only problem: can't get rid of original frames - buffs are still visible and phantom doesn't work

Phantom is a good addon for removing default UI.

I always like the way Yakui looks. I used to turn off the bar on the top, looks cleaner.

the eve style rvmods targets is really good, most people choose that. It is the one with the reticule target image.
