[Dev question] CH22 player limit

Is it still a thing that a CH22 PQ gets harder when more than 24 players are in the PQ area?

Is it possible to implement some sort of threshold? There are often 1-2 random players hanging around in the PQ area that don't contribute to the PQ and they often get mad if you ask the to leave.

It is a PQ. So open for everyone. In my opinion you have someone who is informing them about it and they are coming along.

What kind of threshold? Current system just buffs each NPC a little for each additional player above 24. 1-2 ppl shouldn’t change much, additional 24 will change a lot.
