Rampage is perfectly balanced by Slayer’s complete lack of pull or gap closer other than basic sprint which is pretty weak considering even clicking Rampage cancels it and you are then free to snare, knockdown, punt, pull the Slayer away from their target.
Clearly GTDC is over performing as it single handedly changed the way ppl play ORvR. Order has 0 ability to pick engagements or move once a fight starts, its just a whirlpool of GTDC and the side with better healing wins. An undefendable pull and speed buff on and MDPS is way to powerful, regardless of anything else. Choppa within 30 ft of guard tank with an additional 40 ft pull means he is safe and within melee distance at 70 ft distance from his tank, its a bit much.
At the very least it needs to be able to be parried and have a minimum distance on it so its not a free/stun interrupt in melee fights. Not to mention the height of the pull and the flight time is also insane. They should give Order an inflight magazine you are up in the air for so long.

Slayer exists in the state of being permanently snared, there is no way to counter 4,6, 8 choppas running at you with AoE pulls and tearing your wb apart.

IMHO the first thing that they need to do is take a look at the buggy GtdC Animation before they change anything else with it. Theres this Ticket in the BT since... forever: https://github.com/WarEmu/WarBugs/issues/16319
I tested the Ability with Fixxer on his Stream and this little "bunnyhop" happens quite frequently. And no its not lag, we were in an offzone during early EU hours...

Give ASWs a GTDC varaint.
Give Mara's Rampage but lock it behind being in Brutality/Monstro stances (and it gets purged if you switch to Savagery stance).
Now Slayer/Choppa are still powerful and good classes, ASW and Brut Marauders which are underperforming specs get a little love, both realms get parity with having access to the same kinds of ability/tactics, but not a direct mirror to allow for the uniqueness of balance that is the core of the WAR experience.

(also a shameless attempt at more Mara buffs, obviously).
