Needed Classes - 2023 Nov Edition

The last similar post like this was in March I believe - what is the current state of needed classes on both Destruction and Order right now in your experience?

Last time I believe it was:

Order -> Tanks and Slayers were in need. Especially Tanks

Destruction -> Last report seemed balanced - but lack of Ranged DPS, Shaman or Sorcerer

It's not really a faction-wide issue as opposed to individual guilds/warbands/etc normally, though Order has always had a crippling lack of Sword Masters and by proxy Archmages with Winds, and the lack of enough proper EOV setups in most wbs is pretty dire and has a cumulative effect on the faction as a whole in orvr content since it does so much out of warband healing

And for destro guilds/warbands it's probably BGs, Blorcs, and MSH.

This being needed classes as opposed to underrepresented classes

Melee Squigs lacking? how? isn't SH one of the most popular classes?
