I've 77 mara and 78 choppa. All full invader.
Got the comparison on a dummy chosen.

I'm not a pro, so I've
Mara Sav+Brut is the best result of 17.3 sec.
Choppa solo build full armorpen max WS got 19.5 sec.

But in orvr duels choppa is much much much more defensive due its maxed parry and ...

mara don't need mobility because they do not face opponents who have run away in tactics or abilities

A couple of simple changes could change the WH tremendously

Swap Sanctified Oil to the Middle Tree
Move Fanatical Cleansing to Core, reduce to 33%
Move Atonement up to 7 pt tactic increase to 50% chance
Move Blood Faith an Fire to 3 pt Judgement and change to group 25% speed buff within 100 ft ...
