Return of Reckoning

I hope this is the correct forum for game errors. My mail was never delivered to my character can someone help me get my items that were not delivered?

I had been mailing alt gear to my BG "Drachau" and hadn't logged into him since t2. When i finally logged into him all my gear i had mailed to him disappeared i was wondering who could help me get my mail back.
