Lost Mail "Khane"

I hope this is the correct forum for game errors. My mail was never delivered to my character can someone help me get my items that were not delivered?

Hey man, they dont return lost items. Like, never. Not gonna happen, no matter what you lost. Just forget about those items and get new, better ones.

Lost items won't be restored.
Pretty much always afk or tabbed out.
