These are legit some wild changes lol. I don't even mind WE nerfs, but WB to 30 secs and stuff like that is craycray. And shifting damage to healing for kisses? I mean, do we want WE regen builds to be the only viable build or what haha.

Really depends on what you are trying to do. Wounds, Toughness, or Armors make sense in certain builds.
