Great post!
Im all for standardising low lvl equipment but once it comes to endgame gear (40+) alot of thought has to go into it, for example even in full BiS you can still make use out of say HV gloves and ring in some situations, this imo is great!
But if these changes indicate anything it will ...

Maybe you could look at making more proccs available on the Fortress weapons while your doing this?
Would be nice if for example all tanks could get speed on 2-hand fort weapons and so forth.

I'm all for rebalancing gear, however I'm weary that sent weapons after this change will be more or less ...

After playing for two days and testing the new matchmaking system, I must say that I am very impressed.
The queue time is quite short (I expected it to be much longer).
The games are very balanced.
It is rare for one side to be completely destroyed quickly.
Surrender is very rare.
Of course ...

If DP had slot 3 ring it would be an option instead of vict/triumphant, this would just be more options wouldnt really increase the overall power in the game just more options with slightly better stat distrubutions for some classes, I think this would be a good way to keep LV content going even ...

I agree, ring or pocket item would be a welcome addition

We need matchmaking and in the meantime maybe partysize should be reduced to 3 untill it is sorted.

Looks like good stuff, would be cool to see some endgame gear in there as well, maybe something like the GB rings
