Yup, I see it online and I saw population number go up from 200 to 209, however web server is red, login is yellow for me in the launcher.
According to an earlier thread there's an issue again with the certificates, but I'm not sure.

Let's assume server had 32 GB RAM and 512 TB storage capacity. Doubling means multiplying these values by two. I hope you can figure out the rest.
