Return of Reckoning

Lack of heal debuff, ranged cc + to be stationary for casting single target attacks on engineer in such dynamic game with lots of movements/positioning like RoR is what killing the joy running rifleman spec for me.

I don´t know how other IBs, but I aim for stats like this with my IB(Drtikol).

Chance to get crit: 0% (The lower the better. Curently on -15% with my SnB RR 52 conq gear).

If you pop after Mara started casting it won't prevent a pull. Which is silly.

That explain why you can get pulled even thru terrain and hights difference. There is no ability check at the end of casting... again.

Regen turtle tanks duel is always boring watch. You are right.

Engineer tactic: Extra powder (+50% AOE range for Acid bomb, Fragmentation grenade) is officialy worthles with 9 cap.

There are many ways to achieve balance.

Making everything the same is one way - but that's the boring way, the easy way. Its also the way that many mmo devs over the years have gone.
