I dont think we need to reinvent a wheel.
Carrying boxes and controlling BOs as meaningless activity leads to build up blobs fighting over one piece of map for hours - as u noticed renown and crest come from kills and locks.
Effect:
people slaughter each other in same spots without need to roam ...

I don't see alot of suggestion or feedback for the current RvR system.
So here it goes...
The current Battlefield Objectives promote park and cash in. There is nothing to do there if there is no enemy to fight.
I also find it very dull that the objectives do not progress if a faction is holding them ...

The recent changes to standardize aoe skills is the first step in the right direction, hopefully not the last one.

Currently there is only a handful of ways to mitigate procs. shatter the buff, use dmg mitigation skills, heal through the dmg, etc.

Too be fair, Champion's challenge should be buffed. If the target that got rooted got killed, the tank should be able to move. If there is no challenge to be issued the tank should be free to carry on.

I can read out loud or write a post for you, but I can't understand it for you.

After leveling a zone to 2 stars a siege is initiated by either side.
Defenders likely only staying in the keep to defend it if there is a chance they can repel the invaders.
In dire circumstances the keep fights are dodged with war reports,guild scrolls,gunbad scrolls, etc.

Why do you want to play 2H SM in a keep defense instead of S/B ? Maybe that is the real problem here : you want to have your playstyle (2H SM) being good in any game mode. This is not really possible. Especially because 2H SM doesn't bring anything in RvR/Defense Keep compare to SM S/B.
