engineer gets tactic for 50% faster casting at 13

magus gets tactic for 50% faster casting at 31

I ask because 13 and 31 and inverted, also, having it at 13 makes engineer broken in tier 1.

Furthermore the classes can't be directly compared because, for instance, the WP/dok single target detaunt is changed via tactic to get AOE range.

agree on that, but atm its like this:
AM ...

AM = biggest heal numbers, least CC. Squishiest healer on order.

AM = ST detaunt, AoE detaunt, PBAoE snare, stock knockback, speccable range punt, best AP management with Wild Healing and AP Drain (can be specced into AoE Drain), just as mobile as RP since '.ab ex', best ST focus/burstheal ...

and here we go with the "this is GROUP game" get people or dont play...

the devs did! they gave all t2+ pq's heros, hard ones have +10 level heroes for the level of the pq. literally ...

well, if you dot the **** out of the entire enemy line, that stresses the healers more so that the sorcerers single target burst gets through that much easier, savvy.

full corruption dots are nothing to be ignored!

as the title says, I would like to be able to cheaply level up crafting of talis to put into armor sockets of my characters. I generally don't mind crafting in rpgs at all, but I would like to read up on the most cost efficient way to level up talisman making and where to get cheap or free materials ...
