It was said the values can still be adjusted. I don't see why you should panic so much. Everything in the game can be changed if there is a reason for it.

15 / 3s = 5 SE/RF per second. Blue offhand generation grants 6 RF/SE. It's not a small amount, and Onslaught is on the table for similar adjustment. Values aren't final, but the initial bonus was very high.

For now yeah, i think the trade off is Vanquisher has better stats but the combination of both would be too strong.
I seriously hope you rethink this change. 15 ressources over 3 seconds is not really noticeable and with the 6 piece bonus being really really bad for WPs the set is now ...

Onslaught Set is going to keep 45 career resources over 3s proc?
For now yeah, i think the trade off is Vanquisher has better stats but the combination of both would be too strong.

- 1 new RvR token for 1 Conqueror Medallion
