Change won't come by itself.

Solving the current situation requires leaving the path of least resistance which at the moment is blobbing: that's the path most players take because, as you said, it's the easiest way to get crests.

If there was a easier way to get crests, you could rest ...

The game is and will stay unbalanced for as long as there are major advantages stacking up on one side and one side only.

People don't play for objectives because they don't matter. You can lose every scenario and get 5-10x the renown of the winners by farming kills. You see premades let their opponents get objectives all the time just to lure them out to be slaughtered and not surrender.

Granted, a big number of players do not like to play for objectives but in my opinion this is mainly due to the complete degradation of scenario matchmaking up to the point where they are just seen as pugfarms nowdays. Should this status change (and especially if non-kill rewards in scenarios ...

Nothing wrong with blobbing, its really matter of gameplay preferences. You don't like blobbing, some people do like epic battles. You need to make pug expirience to feel good in order to keep new players. You've reached a celling for the ppl who wants to install and customize 100+ addons, do 2-2-2 with 60+ rr's premade in order to feel good at sc's, etc.

Suppression changes are not a nerf per se, isnt it? If you manage to live more than 17 seconds, its actually a buff.
