Nope they are not fine, heal debuff should work on them like on fury of da green or energy of vaul. Healdebuff does not work on FODG. There is counter play, tanks just have to do their job. I think ORvR needs some additional mechanic to prevent heavy numbers to clash in keeps and spread the numbers over open zone(s).
