The problem was that you could put up the Harbinger dot and just run away. Iirc it didn't have a CD either with the caveat that you could only ever have 1 of them up. Honestly most important is propper positioning other than that I would go for dodge & disrupt and then -%crit. However don't forget that your most important tactic on zealot (20% heal) procs via heal crit so you might want so have some points for that too.
