Without stacking the tactic is useless. If they keep non stacking rule they should keep the heal amount but compress it within 5 sec so to match cleanse cd. That way you could keep it up 100 % of the time without overlapping Still makes no sense, you can decrease cleanse' CD to 3s with class ...

I made a balance suggestion to bring back the previous iteration of the tactic, but I'm honest: I think they will not change it. It is clearly NOT working as inteded and yet it passed throug the "healer patch" untouched, so I guess the the team position on this matter is clear.

Does anyone know if there is an up to date guide to the dungeons (BB/be and bastion, in particular)? It is more than a year since I had my last dungeon run and I remember nothing of the mechanics. I'm playing tank so going in blind seems kind of waste of time, both mine and others'.
