Try Customize interface -> interface -> layout editor -> start editing -> windows -> see if "tactic windows" is hidden in there .. Else try type /rel in chat.

Weird ... have you seen if the window is "hidden" in the Windows editor?

Think you'll get your tactics at lvl 8/16/24/32-ish. So might nnot be high enough lvl

Try out Wrath-of-heroes-reticle addon ... might do the trick

Order just needs more grp utility-classes, instead of high burst single/aoe damage classes.

Or maybe AM/Sham just need an actual working mechanic like on live, where you'd have too choose between Dps or healing .. I would prefer that aswell. AM didnt have a working mechanic on live. For practical purposes they dont here either as you are at 5 most of the time. Except for some kiting ...

Remove Engi keg to encourage order to group up. Got it. I'm not even joking. Reducing renown for solo kills would be the best. Give the highest renown per kill to 6 mans instead. Maybe, but that wouldn't scare a soloplayer like me ... i'd still have some fun with that and you would crible WH/WE ...
