If you are looking for a level playing field, why not just remove all sets of gear from the game? Have only green Precursor Items. And then remove all RR, because it that takes time too, make everyone start at 80. No more pots, because those are not fair either, so just remove the entire Auction ...

Even as a non-orc player, seeing bigger BOs based on their RR would be cool

Honestly I don't know. Maybe good old school portals, 2 or 3 on different locations on the map. You can still get there through the other zones ofcourse, it just takes 1 extra flight

In the current system primetime can cause a dead lock in t4 zones for hours. You need to lock the entire pairing + the fort, starting with t2. But since t2-4 are now merged, is there any real reason to keep the order of locking linear? Instead of locking t2->t3->t4, there is no reason you cant lock ...

OP be honest... You don't want to min/max t2+3, you want to min/max t1.
The current XP reduction scroll is more than sufficient to max your gear for your level between 16-39. Easy.

But that's not what you want, is it? You want to max out 1-15, and that will be toxic
