I think there are two things that play into this a lot:

1) There's very little randomness in 24v24 at the top level. Pugs love to talk about **** like, 'let's flank them' or 'distract them while we go on their healers'. Sorry, at a certain point with voice comms everyone knows where everyone else ...

Because dying to guard damage would never happen if this change was made? Wounds is more important than mitigation.

The RP / WP synergy is that combo has the best healing output. And 1sec groups heals at +25% makes up for the lower base healing on it. AM cant compete in that regard.

It would be nice to see the transition timers brought down some. 5 minutes between stages is excessive, I think 2 or 3 would be fine. Would speed up the experience slightly - especially since you can't respec etc, so there's not really anything to do in that time.
