The error box has a button on it that says, 'Copy to Clipboard'. Then you just got to come on here and press Ctrl+V while in the reply box. Will let you know what's wrong.

For the torrented version it may be that your torrent is still running and the launcher can't get access to the files while they're in use by the torrent.

Other than that it sounds like something is still stuck on read only. Can you hit the copy to clipboard button and paste it here?

No errors at all from RoRLauncher as it starts the client?

Hmm, that was the only problem I had with mine. Did you try running it as administrator?

I used the torrent version myself. It worked once I went into the properties of the folder and turned read only off, then you just gotta select 'Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files' and wait for it to do every file.

Sounds like you are getting to where the server select screen should be, but with no options for a server. Did you take read only off every file?

Nowadays it's always better to not use any copyrighted music in youtube videos, as they will be removed sooner or later for most viewers.
