An Introduction and a Request.

Before I get the meat of my introduction I'd like to say thank you to the team and the community for RoR not just as an program but as an experience. I spent 3 hours just wandering around Nordland and even without quests the rush of nostalgia was intoxicating. So thank you kindly for the chance to jump into THE most vibrant and dramatically well realized setting of any MMO, I had thought it lost and am glad that was not the case.

As for myself I played WAR off and on from Beta to shutdown (though on which of the original servers I can not recall haha) as a Witch Elf (I even made a couple of horrible PvP videos shortly after hitting 40 when they were radically unbalanced! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rc-de9fv45k ) Loved the game to death, so so many alts...just...so many :p I even spent a long chunk of time creating my own (shitty) idea for a Skaven Expansion pack lol I'm very happy to be back and playing again, walking in a world with so many memories.
I found my way back here while doing research for this years Halloween costume: Witch Hunter Sovereign Armor based on this bit of Concept Art. Image I did a Space Marine last year in a bout a month which I wont show here because holy **** it looks like it took just a month :l lol

This brings me to my request: Bloody hell I can not find any decent in game pictures of a full or partial Witch Hunter Sov set anywhere or any 3d models or much of anything. I spent most of today using the various programs I've seen mentioned on here trying to rip a model and it's texture to no avail, sadly this skill set is entirely outside my wheel house.
So if anyone has any high(ish) quality pictures or screen caps, textured models, videos, or can even point to a guide on how to get the textured model or how to get my own server up and running where I could just slap the set on a "dev toon" (if that's even a thing that can be done lol) I'd be EXTREMELY grateful. Trying to nail down the fine detail on some pieces has been a bastard. If anyone has access to the Set and could just take some 360 degree shots (with and without the bandolier) I would be one happy sob!

I think with all the stuff Londo has been doing recently, your request shouldn't be too hard.

Check out this thread. http://www.returnofreckoning.com/forum/ ... =11&t=1788

Missed that bit, sorry if I linked you to something you knew about. Haha.

@Azarael: Thank you so much, those were immensely helpful!

@Dana: I tried setting up my own local environment from the link you provided but I had no luck getting it to work. Tortoise would not download the file (due to a lack of authorization) and MySQL couldn't even instal correctly (many components would fail during instal).

It's a real shame to 'cause that would have been perfect for my needs haha.

Thank you everyone for the help!

When I have a day off I'll put aside some time and take you up on that! Much appreciated :)

The guide is fairly straight forward but when I go to use tortoise on the folder it says it's not authorized. I'll give it another shot before I waste your time :)

I had a problem like this but then had success using the "Community" installer instead. https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/installer/ Need to make sure you install the correct installer and then components regarding 32bit vs 64bit for your computer.
