Thank you Vaul, that totally fixed the problem! Got my own server up and running just need to figure out in game commands and how to get that set haha

Well I got Tortoise working and I use the download link in the instal guide for MySQl and it downloads and installs everything BUT the sever and work bench lol

When I have a day off I'll put aside some time and take you up on that! Much appreciated

The guide is fairly straight forward but when I go to use tortoise on the folder it says it's not authorized. I'll give it another shot before I waste your time
