Return of Reckoning

Hi,

I had some issue launching the game after not playing for couples of weeks and completely reinstalled it.

Now it's working I can connect to server but I don't see my 2 (order) characters (one lvl 2 one lvl 19-20), they are gone !

What is going on ? It there a serverissue and should I wait ...
