My characters are gone ?

Hi,

I had some issue launching the game after not playing for couples of weeks and completely reinstalled it.

Now it's working I can connect to server but I don't see my 2 (order) characters (one lvl 2 one lvl 19-20), they are gone !

What is going on ? It there a serverissue and should I wait some more time until things getting fixed ?

Please help ! lol

Hey - as mentioned on Discord, if you can't find your characters on the Armory, and have tried any alternative accounts - it's probably worth you PMing one of the available GM's either in-game, on the Discord, or here on the Forums to see if they can help.
