My main character is in Ekrund and her name is Tchanka lvl 10 Witch Elf

My Character name is Tchanka and she's caught in Ekrund

Which name have the right topic for this issue?

Hi,
I hope this is the right thread for this topic.
After the restart at 12:00 i can't loggin with any character. The area loading window comes but after a few secounds i come back to the charater menu. My main charater Tchanka is in the Gates of Ekrund battleground.
Please help me....
