All aoe is capped at 24. This includes heals, buffs, etc. Basically, it's not a bug, that's intended.

The reason people blob in this game is because losing in this game is 95% of the time not fun and winning is at least 50% of the time fun. Big, infrequent changes, that have been thoroughly tested; with small hotfixes and rebalances shortly after some important problematic aspect was found (such as the choppa/slayer situation some time ago) is the best way to do it.

While I welcome any turtle players that want to find a place to pvp in, I don't have high hopes of them staying longterm.

Classic WoW is an odd blend of pvp and pve, where classes were designed to function in an open world pvp environment with large situational toolsets that they often don't need ...

Make weight of guilt snare 6 seconds all the time. Give judgement a chance to proc a 20% snare. That is plenty. These classes are the most over-developed in the game as it is.

ASW is considered non-meta and too weak for organised play, but sees a lot of success for soloing. And I hope the RDPS patch brings ASW up to being playable in more types of content.
