reinstallation has fixed the problem. no way i found around it i just went to a local hotspot. THANK you all for fast responses.

ok tried it again after a restart. RoR launcher pops up when i click it then have to say yes to admin. then i happened to notice ...

not 1 single process is running that was the first thing i checked. when i click launcher i have processes up. nothing happens not ...

i have been in the folders on RoRlauncher application.exe

I recently reset my laptop back to windows 7 factory then i...
- updated drivers
- windows updates
- downloaded the torrent ran with tixati tixati downloaded around 12g i believe
- made 2 copies of the downloaded folders
- set folders to admin
- unchecked read only on the ROR launcher ...
