I have the same tracert as sasmus with a few more timeouts. Deleting the Internet Explorer cache hasn't done anything to change it though.

I am also having this problem.
I thought I fixed it by unchecking the Read-only box in the WAR folder, but it is happening on and off still and I can't consistently log in every time.
I've also tried turning firewall off to no avail. Always run as admin too, sometimes it works and sometimes it ...
