Ive been trying to download this game for months now and Ive been asking for help and I still havent got any

I still haven't gotten the email confirmation so I can download this game and i have no clue what to do RN ive looked at so many tutorials and they all say the same thing that you have to get this email to download some launcher thingy
-remember to be very nise!
