This proc doesn't cover the nerf to the bw/sorc mechanics. Not at all. As is the set itself. It's great for twinks, but not for the overall state of the archetype in the endgame. But it was the "new set in which bw/sork will shine" that officially served as the reason for this nerf.

Daemonic Armor and Flak Jacket still stack with Armor potions. It was bugged stacking with other armor buffs from abilities.

Previously it was only a buff for the caster and did stack with other abilities. To mimic this behaviour, we increased the armor buff for the caster compared to the group ...

Yes morale damage ignores guard because morale damage is unmitigatable.

Clarification Concusive Runes tactic does not stack with other debuffs (its ability debuff that follow regular rules), this has ben removed with ability rework patch.


Here's my test on dummies:
None - 685 (375)
Roc - 835 (225)
Ful - 889 (171)
RoC + Ful = 951 (109)

Dummy only has around 450 ...

Runepriest actually has two elemental debuffs with Rune of Fulmination and Rune of Cleaving when using Concussive Runes.

As Hecka mentioned, I don't think it is fair to say that RoR only cares about max level content. Even when it comes to abilities we've made adjustments to the levels you get access to abilities such as charge, guard etc.
