There's a flaw in this line of thinking that people need to be forced into playing specific classes, and that is the alternative to them having fun as a ranged class could be rolling a tank or healer. Population is still depending on the specific content of the game. Order have a higher RVR population and dominate that aspect of the game. Except Order isn't really the underdog faction. Order consistently wins ORVR and most forts due to having more RDPS and have a higher RVR turnout than destro. Giving them buffs would make RVR even more of a shitshow than it already is. Order simply loses more in cities because they have too many ...
