Exactly, the gear itself is not that bad. I think increasing to 100 INF per cap would either draw more players in these zones or for those who rather stay in Nordland, nothing changes. i've noticed the unpopularity of ORVR Dwarfs and Elf regions in tier 1 (like it always has been) because all the fighting goes down in Nordland. Sadly this results in a loss of open rvr influence gain in these zones and the influence rewards become nearly unachievable.
