Also having this issue....was connecting fine a few weeks back, havent changed any settings and now this.

Thanks for your insight!....that explains why I got it to work exactly three times with all the methods but each time was once only...doesn't make much sense and I really hope someone can figure out a permanent solution.

I tried Tspray's fix; ( I have the exact same error ) and oddly when I open JeFawks launcher it noted on the bottom I have windows defender firewall on which may block the game. Game was blocked as per usual BUT I dont have the firewall turned on.

Same issue as well, tried on two different comps now as well- one running Win 7 and one Win 8.
On each the game DID work the first time...after logging out I could never log in again. have repeatedly tried every solution offered with no luck

I'm having the same issue and none of the solutions presented have helped. what's killing me too is that it WAS running fine...next day no more. simply will not stay unchecked read only.
