Remove the Grimshimmer chest, Regen pocket and the most important thing, is to change back to faster GCD. Regen started to dominate after changing Gcd to 1.5s from 1.15s - Meaning you can do 6 abilities in 10 seconds. With 1.15s GCD it was 8 abilities in 10 seconds. Also the Narrative "Balance is ...
