Return of Reckoning

I'm a new player, and have been having a lot of issues with leveling up. I'm lvl19 tank now, and on average it's taking me around 4-6 hours per level, which feels really slow. I read on the forums that it should only take 30-40 hours to hit rank 40, and I'm definitely leveling WAY slower than that ...
