Well they just made a whole "redesign" of the shield specs, they're not going to rework them entirely again, just tweak a few numbers here and there, that's about it
Expect the spec to be the same in three years. Even if it's bad, that they've made it worse with this "redesign", they won't improve ...

I agree with everything that has been stated, not that it matters anyway. These issues have been there for years, and if the devs do something to scenarios, it will be to make these problems even worse

They could just revert the spec to how it was prior to april changes, everyone would be happy
But no, they have to stick with their new "design" that nobody enjoys, because it is very important for them to spend time on making entire specs less functional and enjoyable than they were

I'd honestly like it better if shield spec for Warrior-priest/DoK were just put back in their pre-april state, and just get to keep the ability to use Unstoppable Wrath

I am starting to feel how tedious this 1.5 GCD is, it greatly lowers your ability to react to circumstances, refreshing stacks of dots is harder than it should, and potions become rather annoying to use as they really delay your rotation

I do agree with above post, tier 1 RvR is very fun to play, but that fun is gone as soon as you hit level 16, even later on if you're geared.

- Hammer of Sigmar is too costly
- Divine Impact is a parry/block debuff, so you're supposed to use this at the beginning of a fight, except you can't because it has a 2sec cast, which makes it a situational ability.

Additional feedback : the effect of Greave of Sigmar tactic should be implemented into Sigmar's Fist ability, as this ability feels rather pointless as its effect does not stack with STR potion, which you'll be using anyway, as Sigmar's Fist can be parried/block, preventing you from beneting from ...

It seems to me that 2 seconds feels too slow, just in terms of sensation, especially as a melee character, and that 1.5sec would feel more appropriate
